Landscaping Services in Hayward

We hired CBA Landscaping to remove our existing lawn and install new sod. He and his employee did an excellent job. They removed the top layer of grass and weeds, removed concrete that was buried in the yard, moved sprinkler heads for better placement, and added a sprinkler head to ensure adequate water is available in the hottest part of the yard that was previously brown. Then they leveled, added topsoil, and installed the new sod. They were very respectful of our property and great to work with, answering all of our questions. They able to complete the work in a day and instructed us in how to help the grass establish. It’s been a few weeks and the lawn looks healthy and thriving. We will consider hiring CBA Landscaping again for more projects.

Carlos was easy to work with and thorough in completing the project. He planted all new landscaping in our front and backyard with new drips and it looks amazing!

Carlos is awesome. Great communicator - no-nonsense hard worker. Very fair pricing and overall a great guy to work with. I’d recommend him to my friends.

Excellent landscaping service from start to finish. The team understood our requirements, suggested practical ideas, and delivered a clean and well-planned landscape. The finishing was neat, and the overall work looks very professional. Highly recommended for quality landscaping services.

Carlos recently helped us to fix a leaking irrigation pipe under a concrete slab. He did a very good job!

I desperately needed my front and backyard cleaned up as there were so many weeds. I reached out to Carlos and he responded quickly and gave me a fair quote after I sent pictures. He came a few days later and I’m amazed! He did such a good job and in a timely manner. I was so amazed that I asked if he could do monthly maintenance services and he said to just let him know when I needed it. I would recommend him for all your gardening/landscaping needs!! 10/10

I am very happy with the work completed by Carlos. He was very professional, reliable and did great work taking out all the over grown grass and fixing the irrigation. I highly recommend Carlos to others for their landscaping needs

Carlos was very straightforward and honest. he diagnose my five sprinkler valves and replace them efficiently and checked his work Great job

10/10 experience. I cannot recommend them enough. I hired them to completely refresh the landscaping in front of my house and replace my old solar-powered lights with professionally installed wired lighting. The front of the house had felt pretty lifeless before, and the difference is night and day. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Rather than leaving any wiring exposed, Carlos went above and beyond and dug underneath the walkway so everything could be installed properly and look clean and polished. It’s the kind of extra effort that shows how much pride he takes in his work. Carlos also took the time to educate me on how to properly care for the new plants and avoid potential problems. I have a dog, for example, and he explained that I should keep him from peeing near the plants because it could damage or even kill them. Those little pieces of advice were extremely helpful and showed that he cared about the landscaping long after the job was finished. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Great work, excellent attention to detail, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work. This is my second time hiring them and will definitely be coming back.

Carlos is professional, prompt and was very capable of all the tasks I asked of him, tree removal, transplanting potted plants and lawn mowing with detail to pruning. Excellent communication skill, gets back immediately and lets you know when he’s on his way, highly recommend, he’s a gem!

Great people to deal with. Carlos was promptly at my house when he said he would be, solved my issue quickly and with less work than I anticipated. Very reasonably priced too. Honesty and competence. A rare combination these days.

Carlos was friendly and professional. Informed me of options and replaced the drip system in the back yard. Replaced couple sprinkler heads in front yard and set up the control panel, so now my mom can just relax.

Carlos fixed the irrigation system that was installed at a property I inherited. He made sure the system was programmed and set to a schedule and he replaced the valve and several sprinkler heads. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again!

Carlos is very responsive and lovely to work with! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Carlos and CBA Landscaping if you need work done here in Fremont, California! Carlos showed up right on time and spent the whole day at my place tackling a bunch of different projects, including outdoor electrical lights, sprinklers, a drip system, pressure valves, and general gardening. Right from the start, he gave me a super detailed proposal so I knew exactly what to expect. Carlos is an incredibly diligent worker and clearly knows his stuff inside and out, which was really important to me. He checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I liked how things were looking. His attention to detail is awesome—he didn't leave until he tested every single irrigation line and light fixture to make sure it worked perfectly. Plus, he cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving. Everything was done flawlessly and to total satisfaction. Will absolutely use CBA Landscaping again!

Friendly service. Would use his services again in the future.

Carlos was amazing and is a consummate professional. Our plant beds and fruit trees were overgrown and riddled with weeds. He cleaned up very nicely and removed all weeds. The fruit trees clean up was artistically done and the hedges were shaped very well. The lawn was expertly mown and raked for residue. The drip system and sprinklers were also checked and he recommended changes to make the sprinkler more efficient. Thanks Carlos.
